The mixer is very different and hard to get use to after 10 years of a KitchenAid. I am sure with time, I will be more comfortable. What is impressive is the customer service. You dial directly to sweet ladies who immediately offer help, tips, or replacement parts. I am blown away that there are still companies out there like this. So grateful not to have the stress of dealing with warranty issues, being on hold, and long drawn out resolutions. I will always buy NutriMill now just for that peace of mind.

You would love this mixer because it is not really heavy like the kitchen aid brand and fits well under a cupboard. It is amazing because you can do small batches of anything or very large batches as well. Ive had the smaller Bosch mixers in the past and was ready for the larger one. You can’t go wrong.

Best investment I've made. Since burning out my long-time stand mixer, I needed something that would be able to handle double batches of bagels, Sourdough bread, and much more. I couldn't be happier. I've even ordered the large slicer attachment to help me with preparing vegys for fermenting. What an AWESOME investment.

I really like it except I didn’t see the dough extended hook and had to order one from the company. It said it came with it. But I have used the mixer besides that and I loved the ease in which it works and love the open top. It is quit and easy to clean!
