“Love my new Bosh mixer with bakers pack. My kitchen aid has only had high speeds for years so this is a treat. My son and I made his favorite bread yesterday and he had fun helping add the flour. It was nice that the mixer has a lid so he can add flour to the middle and not have it go flying everywhere like our old kitchen aid.

“This mixer has a larger capacity than my previous Artisan Mini Kitchen Aide. Once I figured out how to attach the bowl/column scrapers to the cookie paddles, then I was off and running. It worked wonderfully on my first batch of gingerbread dough. That’s all I’ve had time for. My mom had Bosch mixers and was a distributor back in the day. I will likely donate the kitchen aide.”
