“This has been in my home for just a week. My first project was from “ Easy Baking in Barb’s kitchen” . I made Unbelievable Whole Wheat Bread. The recipe makes four loaves. In my kitchenaid pro, this would have required me to watch the machine , because sometimes making multiple loaves caused my KA to move around. Four loaves was enough to get us through the week.

“Bought this machine mainly for making bread but excited about all the possibilities.
The machine is very light which makes storage much easier as compared to other stand mixers. The suction cup feet work really well and offset the light weight.
Only used on speed 1 so far and very impressed by the power the machine has.
Access from the top is so refreshing compared to your usual stand mixer (starts with a K.....ends in ....aid).
I added the citrus juicer but haven't used it yet.
