“It’s a good purchase if you do large recipes of cookies and breads but the flimsy small paper booklet was a big disappointment I would have expected a bigger booklet with recipes, instructions, etc.”
“This is a great mixer. I've used Kitchenaid stand mixers for the majority of my life and have always wished for little changes here and there. I have always hated having to add ingredients because there just isn't much room between the bowl and the mixer head. Scraping the bowl down is a must to make sure everything gets incorporated, and even then it doesn't always help. But with this machine, I didn't have either of those problems when making my first batch of bread dough. The mixer quickly incorporated everything without me needing to scrape the bowl down. I was able to add everything right through the top of the mixer with ease. I love the design and how powerful it is, I was able to make enough dough to bake two 2 pound loaves and a large Pullman loaf. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will work over the next few years to replace all of my Kitchenaid attachments with those compatible with this machine so I can get rid of my other stand mixer.”
