“It did not meet my expectations in mixing bread dough. I used the extended plastic piece in mixing one small bread and without in the 4 loaf bread mix. It moved the bread dough in a circle but did not combine the ingredients to make a ball within 7 minutes. I’m hoping this is just my lack of experience but I did preview Bosch documentary on YouTube and followed all the instructions.”
