“I received my Bosch mixer last week and couldn’t wait to use the first time. I ground some flour and went directly to the mixer bowl to make bread. This machine never labored kneading the dough. Flour doesn’t fly out everywhere thanks to the tight fitting covers. It isn’t overly loud. Very easy to clean. I highly recommend it and would encourage brides to put it on their wedding registry instead of the Kitchen Aid, which I also own.

“I had a KitchenAid stand mixer for 15 years. I liked it, but it was ridiculously heavy, and I didn’t have a fancy one that tilted back. Trying to separate the bowl and paddle was a nightmare. I finally decided to purchase a Bosch from Nutrimill a few months ago. I’d heard great things about it. I’m SO glad I got this mixer! It’s lighter weight, for starters. The position of the paddle in the bowl is, wow, a game changer. I don’t have flour billowing up into my face any more. It gets my ingredients smoothly blended. It’s easy to use.
