“This is a great mixer. I ordered the white version but received the black/stainless version with a cracked bowl lock piece at the base so the bowl only locks to the base halfway. Still works fine. I’ve ordered a replacement bowl nonetheless.”

“Looked like new still in the wrapping. We had a problem with ordering their website was not working for pay and ended up charging us twice, however, we were able to get hold of someone to help us get a UPS return label and everything went smooth. Awaiting refund! We purchased this for our son and daughter-in-law we’ve had the same for almost 20 years never had a problem it is a fantastic mixer. We had a KitchenAid for a short time they aren’t what they used to be too much plastic junk made in China.”
