“I love the power behind the Universal Plus as well as the design which allows me to see the mixing process from above the product. No dough tangling up on the dough hook and climbing up on the shaft of the attachment; nice! My only reservation at this point (I haven’t used it much as I just received it recently and have had other issues jump in line ahead of baking) is that there is a slight space on the shaft itself which is covered in a tapered plastic and it is difficult at best to get all the dough/flour out of that when cleaning. I’m hoping this resolves itself once I learn more about the design but for now the pondering process has me a bit perplexed. Theres no way I’m leaving that half cleaned; not in this lifetime.”
