“I absolutely love everything about this mixer. Motor is heavy duty without the entire unit being heavy. Made my bread the day after it arrived and did so much better than my old KitchenAid. Well worth the price.”

“I was so disappointed with this mixer. As soon as I opened the box I knew it had previously been opened. The packaging just wasn’t “factory” grade. Looked like it was tossed back in the box. I washed it all and was excited to use it to make icing.
Almost immediately one of the attachments seemed to freeze up. Upon inspection I realized the attachments were a plastic base and one of them had a tooth broken off. Clearly this item was damaged before I received it. Why would they ship out a returned item without refurbishing it? Why send me a returned item when I paid for a new item? I returned the mixer on 12/19 per their return instructions. I was told I would receive a refund immediately. I received the refund on 01/04 but only after emailing 3 times and never getting a response then calling customer service. Red flags everywhere. I’ll absolutely never purchase from this company again.”
