I contacted customer service immediately, and was told that it was definitely going to the proper address. It did not. Now I am paying for one of my old neighbors to send it to my new address.
Yes, the original mistake was made by me, however, when you're told, "I promise the address has been changed" ,and it doesn't come to you, you tend to get angry.
They don't have a customer service available via phone, only email.
They are only offering half of what I am paying to have it shipped to me by my neighbor.”
