“This is our second Bosch Mixer. We loved the first one until I overloaded it with a very dry dough of breadsticks that took 22 cups of flour. The bread sticks were great but the dough proved a little too much for the main worm gear.
We had a kitchen aide for many years before getting a Bosch. The kitchen aides cookie paddles and beaters seem to be more resilient and it has more optional accessories but the Bosch just does a much better job of mixing large batches of bread, cookies galore, and whipping up cream like a dream.”
