Only used it once so far to make a couple loaves of bread. Simple instructions and relatively easy to clean. Also it’s about a third the weight of our kitchenaid mixer which will be passed on to a family member
My only beef is the price of $399 for a refurb model. This week the new model is available for the same price. Going to be asking for a partial refund”
