“This scraper is a huge improvement over manually scraping the bowl while mixing. I also had a really hard time fitting the assembly over the whip drive. Couldn't do it on my plastic whip drive, but eventually got it to fit over the metal drive. It was worth it though! Batter mixed great with no unmixed areas anywhere in the bowl.”
“My scraper would not snap both latches. Whichever latch snapped into place, the other would not fit over the beater head's edge, no matter how hard I pushed. This happened to both my plastic head, as well as the metal head I bought. Careful examination revealed no flaw I could see. I ended up machining two small notches in the metal head where the clips latch. It works perfectly now.”
