I’m on my third set of these. The plastic wears out and they won’t stay seated on the driver. But they work great until they start making noises. Then you’ll have to order new ones fast! I actually keep a spare set now.

I’ve had two sets of the cookie paddles and both times the tines break. This is a design flaw.

I bought these for my wife who is a great cookie maker. This is her third set. I wish they were made of a stronger plastic or metal. She loves her Universal Bosch but the paddles are a problem. (She never mixes more than one batch at a time.)

These paddles make me advise you not to purchase this mixer. I’ve had two sets and they each last one or two uses. The tines break off (into your food). One time it was a small chunk of brown sugar and the next time mashed potatoes so no clue why but it was the first use for that set. I’m not buying another set and today the only use for this mixer for me is bread. Back to a hand mixer for a long time now.
