Cookie Paddles Reviews

I love this mixer, I had the same problem with a hand mixer. Sadly the mixer is powerful, we should use the metal paddle holder, it doesn’t help that the paddles are plastic. It would be so much better if you offered metal attachments so that we could make sure there is not a weak link. I hate that from now on I’m going to have to take a chance on breaking the paddle if I make large batches of cookie dough

Don’t waste your money on these. I really love my Bosch mixer, but these paddles cannot be trusted. They cracked making a basic chocolate chip recipe. I’m sticking to just using the dough hook.

I love my Nutrimill, but I’m about to have to buy another set of dough paddles because the plastic gear notches keep breaking off and wearing out. To Nutrimill…can you guys make the gear notches metal so I’m not spending $25 every other month to replace my dough paddles after the plastic notches have either worn down or broken off?

I loved the mixer until I had the cookie paddle break off and pieces went into my expensive cookie dough that I had to throw away. I was only using 8 cups of flour which I have done several times before. Wish these puddles were made better

My paddles broke the first time I used them. I did use the correct attachment and in reading my manual it stated that the mixer could handle up to 6 lbs of dough. I've been making this recipe for at least 15 years and it has never changed and the weight has always been 3 lbs. My butter was room temperature, flour and other ingredients were added at intervals. Now my entire mixer is not working and any attachment that is being used seems to be hitting the side of the bowl.

I tell everyone that the Bosch is the best mixer I’ve ever had and the cookie paddles as well as all the other accessories just make your job so much easier.
