“If you are making Sourdough Cookies that you allow to long ferment I would start by putting your eggs in first. Followed by slowly adding your fermented dough as to not break the paddles or warm your dough to soften it. I added all my room-temperature dough at once & the paddles broke right away. I hope they come out with metal cookie paddles.”
