“This is such a great addition to my Bosch accessories. This mixes bread dough easily and kneads it to perfection. I actually ended up purchasing this for my son and daughter for Christmas.”
“I would avoid this bowl as it doesn’t secure to the Bosch mixer. While rotating and kneading the dough you can tell the dough is pulling on the hook away from the base of the machine. Holding the bowl in place helped slightly. Personally I’m not going to strain my beloved Bosch mixer.”
