“This is a very well made sifter, however, it does take a long time to sift as the mesh is very small. A size a bit larger would really be nice. The flour comes out very fine. Very nice for a cake, but I added some bran back in the second time I used it. You do have to account for the extra bran that is removed when grinding your grain, it is a lot. A good product.”
“The instructions are not real clear on how to attach this to my Bosch mixer. The whole thing came apart the first time I attempted to use it. I'm hoping I can find a tutorial.”
