“The flour sifter works as described, but my 2 complaints are that I wish the screen wasn't so fine. Because it's so fine, it fills the upper chamber fast with the bran. I tried to remove it to dump it and it was not easy so bran went all over the place and back in the already sifted flour.
It could definitely use some improvements.”
“I purchased this to sift powdered sugar. Definitely does not work with powdered sugar, don't bother. I'm not sure how to would work with flour. Also, the plastic thing that goes over the drive shaft was shredded during use. Proceed with caution! I would send back but I believe I tossed the box.”
“I love being able to turn fresh ground flour into a lighter flour for cookies and pie crusts. I wish there were different gage sifters to change out! I’d love a 40 mesh to do just some extraction. Or to run it through faster before doing the 70 mesh that this is. But it’s a fast tool for lighter flour.”
