“I struggled to get the splash ring to fit the mixer bowl and reached out to customer service to ask if I was doing something wrong. They immediately sent a new splash ring. The new ring fits perfectly. The shredder/mixer seems so much faster than my food processor and is much easier to clean. Very happy with it!”
“I use this mainly for cheese and it works great. A little bit to set up and get use to but does a great job and seems like it will hold up. Only negative is the cover it came with was all scratched up. When I got a replacement it was also scratched up but a little less.”
“I am so excited to have this attachment with my mixer, as my old food processor bit the dust due to attempting to shred frozen cheese (learned my lesson). The only reason I gave 4/5 stars, is because while shredding a block of cheese, the machine became VERY SQUEAKY and LOUD. I reloaded the products pieces multiple times and each time, still same results. Not sure if this is common, but I definitely can't use it during the kids nap time. Otherwise, it does the job on blocks of cheese (from the fridge!)”
