“I returned these and have heard nothing from NutriMill. Can someone look into this. When I purchased my mixer the payment was taken immediately. Why can’t a refund be given in the same amount of time?”
“Several plastic tines (where the whisks attach to the metal driver) broke off on both whisks with first use. I put them on exactly as instructed. The whisks still work, but it was irritating. The plastic seemed brittle. Wonder if they had just been sitting in the box for a long time. Or exposed to UV for a while in storage.”
We apologize that they broke when you first used them. They have a 1-year warranty on the whips. Please fill out this service and warranty claim so we can send you replacements.
