“My 1st use, I had difficulty with the dough basket unlocking. Than the bottom fell out when I took the dough basket off the base. I'm sure it was me, but my dough came out nice, soft and manageable. I watched some videos and now understood to lock the basket you turn counterclockwise. I'm excited to give it another try. Over all even with the basket moving, I love the dough it produced.”

“I purchased my Artiste about 5 weeks ago, have used it 3 times and I love how it mixes. My issue is with the drive shaft, I am unable to remove it from the bowl! The first time I used the mixer the drive shaft came out fine, the second time I had to pull a little harder, this time I can't remove it at all!
The two white washers at the top are all bent and one is cracked. I don't know what's wrong...what do I do?
I really want to love my mixer, but this issue is very frustrating!”
