“I am surprised I don't love it. Use to have a Universal Plus and that was a great machine. Love that this is a little smaller and light. I make bread and this just does not seem to do a good job kneading. A cookie recipe made last week had a hard time mixing as well and I ended up using my Thermomix instead. Just not impressed with this and will replace it with the Universal Plus.”

“I received my Nutrimill Artiste stand mixer 11 days ago. I'd returned my KA mixer that had let me down, so I could purchase the Artiste. I was so excited to get started, I read the manual, cleaned, set it up, and put her to work making apple cinnamon bread, the next day she made ginger cookies, the next day was Thanksgiving and she whipped cream for a cranberry salad and as a topping for pumpkin pie, she's now made 2 honey oatmeal sandwich bread loaves, an Einkorn bread, ginger cinnamon rolls, more ginger cookies and whipped cream. Tomorrow we will make sourdough English muffins. While waiting for my mixer to arrive I emailed and asked about adding to my order, I received a response very quickly and was satisfied with the service.
