“I bought the Artiste Mixer because, I bake bread and I really like the way the mixer is designed. Before buying the Artiste, I looked at some YouTube videos comparing the Artiste with a stand mixer and some other videos about ease of operation and performance. Since I've had the mixer, I've baked about a half dozen loves of bread and a couple of pizzas, nothing but success. If I had to make a mixer purchase again, the Artiste would still be my choice. As a side note, both the bread and the pizza were a combination of 70% Spelt flour and 30% Bread flour.”
