“I have used it twice now making bread. First time with no problem using only hard white wheatberries. The second time I was using 1/2 White and 1/2 Red wheatberries. That time for some reason it stopped in the kneading process. I readjusted the dough and it worked ok after that. Not sure what that was about. May have had something to do with the red wheat? If anyone knows, please advise.”
