“I grow more frustrated with this mixer every time I use it. It may be great for making breads but it is horrible for cookie doughs. I bought this in hopes it would make baking sugar cookies easier but it hasn't. This thing can't whip butter and sugar together without stop constantly to put the beaters back in the drive shaft. It doesn't lock in so it just pops off constantly. The cookie paddles are worthless, you just have to use the dough hooks even for the softest cookie doughs.”
