“This product had very good reviews so I decided to try it rather than continue with another brand I had been using for 6 months. I have only been taking this product for a couple of weeks, therefore, I cannot say whether I have felt the benefit or not as yet. However, I would recommend this product based on the reviews I read from other customers.”

“I’ve been taking this supplement for only 6weeks . My nails & hair have grown much quicker, however, I’m taking it for my bones, I’ll get a bone density read done in 5months, I’m sure I’ll get a positive read. I’ll keep you posted.”

Would you recommend this product to family or friends? yes

“A calcium supplement 250mg capsules that are easy to swallow. 4 capsules recommended but can tailor your dose depending on your calcium intake from food sources. As a negative the capsule contents occasionally lose some of their contents This product is not cheap but the capsules are infinitely better than some of the "horse pills" I have had from cheaper alternatives.”

“I have been using this product for several year since being diagnosed with some loss of bone density. It is more expensive than many calcium supplements but I wanted to take calcium derived from natural sources. The capsule contain 250mg of calcium so it is simple to tailor daily doses in order not to have too much. The only negative is that I had some of the capsules lose their contents but not often”
