“i am very pleased with my new small table, but was not so pleased with the way i was let down over the delivery. I was at home for the specified time slot of the delivery, but had a text to say that it might be delayed on that day due to a road accident. I quite understood that, as these things do happen. But i got a text when my time slot was almost up, to say that it would not be delivered that day after all, but the next week. Which meant me sorting out things again , so that i could be here .”
