In the event I had to re-arrange a previous appointment to a later date, which proved very inconvenient, since it was a medical appointment.
If this kind of treatment is normal for Oakfurnitureland, then I don't want to be part of it.
You had had my money for almost two weeks and after all it was over £350 which I had spent with your Company - not an insignificant amount - and one which in good business should warrant good customer service.”
