“Vor über 2 Monaten das Retter-Bundle bestellt. Angeblich sollten die Lager damit vollgewesen sein. Nach 2 Minaten und mehrmaligen Nachfragen habe ich drei Rucksäcke erhalten. Die drei Taschen fehlen immer noch und es reagiert einfach niemand auf die Mails. Tolles Produkt, tolle Story, katastrophale Abwicklung, nicht zeitgemäße Logistik, kein/schlechter Kundenservice. Dadurch wird das tolle Produkt zerstört.”
“FIrst of all, the product is great and I am happy with it, the reason why I have reduced to 2 starts is: date of delivery and communication. it was ordered 13th of february and delivered 2 months (!) later. I have written lots of mails because I missed some parts of the order but I always got automatic answers. When I wrote I will ask my lawyer they delivered.
