“The bed base is a lovely look and is well made. When it was delivered, the wrong size was delivered and it was missing one nut to assemble it. A replacement bed was supplied promptly thanks so no issues with that but obviously if those sort of issues can be addressed by improving internal quality control there are cost savings and gains to be made by the business. Am pleased with the purchase and would buy again.”
