“There is no link on the website to order spare parts. There is no phone number to call to order parts. Orders had to be completed via email through describing the needed parts. This was a long and difficult process with wrong parts sent when they were urgently needed. I was very happy with the response to the error, however a site showing / listing spare parts with a clear method to order and pay for the parts would have avoided the the issues I had in the first place.
We are very pleased with your product (Heavy Duty Rollator), but parts do wear out and need to be replaced.
Our grip split and spun on the tube, making it difficult to hold. A brake cable stretched beyond adjustment, making one wheel not lock in place. These conditions can make the use of the product hazardous. We needed replacement parts right away and because you have no order system in place, it was very very hard to get these urgently needed parts.
For the sake of your customers who are handicapped in some manner and depend on your product to be FULLY functional, I urge you to get a spare / replacement part site up and working sooner then later. Please make this a high priority to complete! Thank you. David Dalby (David.dalby@att.net)”
