“The armrest came as promised, however, the 4-hole pattern on the bottom of the armrest did not exactly line up with the pre-drilled holes. I did finally jerry-rig to work.”
“As I said in my review of the company they found the correct part and contacted the manufacturer for me. I was grateful they would do that for me. If I have another parts issue with the rolator I purchased from them I would contact them again, for sure.”
