“I bought the OasisSpace Aluminum Rollator because of a past purchase as these are well-built and easy-to-assemble rollators. The Aluminum model is very light, easy to lift and store in the back of the car with the lift-up folding seat mechanism design. The seat is not as thickly padded as the standard rollator but comfortable for at least 20-30 minute rest periods. The bag tends to get in the way when folding up the rollator, but not a big deal.”
“Great walker but came with a few problems. Company was quick to offer repair parts which are greatly appreciated. Walker is a pleasure to push and easy to fold for travel.”
“I’m 86 year old man with back problems and find it difficult to walk a very long distance before a must stop and rest due to back pain. Since I have received your walker I have started extended my walking and have experienced little to no pain on my walks and have started a daily walk routine. I do enjoy my walks. The walker with its larger wheels make for a smoother and safer walk both outside and inside. I’m well pleased. Thank You”
“When delivered, the rollator wheels are turned out of position so the device will fit into the box. To get each of the wheels into position, you need to push a red button and turn the wheel. On the first wheel, it was extremely difficult to push the button but the wheel finally got into place. On the second wheel, the red button would not engage and the wheel could not be turned into the proper position. So the rollator is useless and can't even stand up straight. I've used other rollator brands that did not have this difficulty at all. Cannot recommend the OasisSpace rollator at all. Very poor customer service.”
