“I went to order a heavy duty upright walker and when I got it was just a heavy duty walker and wrote your company which they did give me a discount but it was not what I wanted they looked it up and stated I got what I ordered I know what I clicked on but it changed it to the regular instead of upright…that’s why I will Never order anything online from any company that does not have a number to speak with a guest service rep”
