“I had a fantastic experience with my first OasisSpace on a cruise in April. On the last day of the cruise, the front wheel bent and made the OasisSpace pull to one side. I sent pictures and asked how I could fix the bent wheel, but have never received any communication from OasisSpace. While the product is great when working properly, customer service for problems is very poor.”
