“I ordered this a couple weeks before surgery to make sure it came in time. It came when they said it would, well packed and super easy to set up without any tools or mechanical abilities needed. started using it a week ago after ankle surgery that will leave me non weight bearing for 6 weeks. Everything started out great with just a little noise from the disk brake rubbing a bit on each rotation. Smooth and stable, I instantly felt comfortable and at ease using it. But after 4 days it started to wobble a bit and got noisier as I used it. The read axle is bending (or was bent) and getting worse. The wheels are out of toe enough that the rubber squeals as the wheels go in and out of toe. It's enough that what I believe is a plastic spacer between wheel and frame is starting to wear which is making the axel looser. Now I'm a big guy, about 320#, but I bought this specifically because it's rated for up to 500#'s. The frame and seat I'm sure could take double that, but apparently not the axel. I'm hoping maybe I just got a bad one and can buy a replacement one from Oasis space. So 3 stars, not junk by any means, but not really living up to billing. Other than the axle, I love it and has been a life saver.”
