“Communication was amazing and very transparent about the process. Loved how my questions and interactions with the company were handled. Upon mattress arrival, my wife immediately commented how great the crib mattress materials felt.... asked why we don't have an adult Obasan version! We were replacing an old foam mattress (that was very light) from our first child that unfortunately had a large middle dent/sag in it. The Obasan, while heavier, was an upgrade and was immediately accepted by our 11 -month-old. Sleep has not been a problem for her, but to see her sleep soundly and safely through the very 1st night on the new crib mattress.... a big parental relief!
