This was the best thing I ever did for myself! They are so helpful and are there for you the whole time! I actually signed up for 8 more weeks!! Love it! And I have lost 15 lbs!

I started this program to feel better and slim down a few pounds. The workouts are definitely doable haven’t had any trouble with those. The meal plan that is personalized for you is good too. After a month on program I’m definitely feeling good but no weight loss yet but hopefully building muscle.

I love the meal plans. Sometimes it is more than I can eat in one setting, so I will eat 1/2 and then finish the other 1/2 a couple hours later.

The plan is okay but there needs to be a better way to talk and touch base with the coaches other than just once a week.
