“I haven't changed the way I eat but I've lost 10lbs. I assume it's the product that's helped me. It does give me heartburn when I take it but that probably won't happen if I eat first”

I had high hopes for these products but I’m half way through my bottles and sadly nothing has changed. I take as directed with lots of water throughout the day and with food.
