“Hi! I've only had them for about 2 weeks now. I haven't noticed anything honestly. I'm taking 4 a day. I haven't lost a pound and I've been on a no carb diet on and off for about 15 years. I was 110 lbs - 5'3" before covid and gym all the time to work from home 4 years ago last week. Sitting all day long! I was up to 160 at one point! Thought I would try this, not sure how long it starts too show something but, I have really not seen anything yet. And I've started doing now activities to help. When do you see results??
