“It does taste a lot like the mild left over after eating fruity cereal, which is good, it's just not my favorite. Maybe as an occasional flavor but not every day. I do love the Cinna Cereal flavor though! Can't comment on the hair, skin and nails aspect yet but I am hopeful since I underwent Gastric Bypass Surgery that this will help with hair loss/hair regrowth when I lose some.”
