“I have not noticed any change in my skin nor hair...this is my second container.....although my nails seem to be growing faster. My first order was the Fruity Cereal which I will never order again. The sweetness is OVERWHELMING . The second flavor was the cinnamon and it's a perfect coffee partner. If the prices weren't so extreme I would try the others.”
