“To start off, I am a very health conscious 48yr old (turning 49 in April) woman. I do a vigorous 2 hr cardio workout every night, I eat only healthy foods day to day, with a very rare cheat day every so often. It’s my one day to eat whatever my heart desires. I also take almost 40 vitamins every day, 6 of which are collagen capsules. I’ve been taking a very high potency collagen for a full year now and doubling the recommended dosage to try to get the greatest results. I also take 3 collagen gummies. I originally purchased OBVI fruity cereal flavor to get the extra collagen. Because I didn’t want to add any additional calorie in my diet I tried it with water. That didn’t make me happy. Oh my gosh, it was an awesome treat!! It really made me happy. I enjoyed the heck out of it, and decided it was worth the extra 100 calories every day. I just eat less strawberries now at breakfast, and have one coffee a day instead of 2. I noticed today my nails grew literally an inch in the last week and a half. I also noticed the last couple days I have no new acne coming in on my face which is never heard of. I always have breakouts.
