“I’m giving this 3 stars because I cannot tell if they do anything. I don’t feel any different than I did before I started taking them. Honestly, my tummy still feels as bloated as it did before, even though I’m making better food choices. They taste awful, and they’re huge pills. You have to take 3 at one time, and it’s hard to get them down. I have lost 10 pounds since I started the pills, but I’ve also been on a calorie deficits and exercising 4X a week.”
