“Helps suppress my appitete through out the day. Also helps curb my cravings, I don't find myself mindlessly snacking and when I do eat I am making conscious choices, which I give credit to the fact that I am not starving.”
“It's 3/5/24 to early to tell about weight. It's only been about 5 days. I do know that I can't take on empty stomach and that I can only take 2 pills a day because I get a headache and stomach discomfort on 3 pills. I do see my nails are growing.
