“I don’t know if it’s the burn elite giving me constipation or not so I stopped taking it to see now I don’t have constipation so when I start taking it, I will have to find something to help with. That really didn’t see any change.”
“Couple weeks and I'm seeing no weight loss at all. Frequent headaches especially about 5 to 6 hours after taking pill. Does give decreased appetite however does not stop cravings. Only getting about 6 hours of sleep at night. Falling asleep easily but waking up before alarm. I have noticed an increase of energy in the morning with no shakes or jitters like a energy drink would give.”
