“I did every thing I was supposed to do, lots water walked 2-3 miles a day and I gained 7 pounds and didn’t lose any inches, I also started the Mediterranean diet recommended by Dr for arthritis, I actually felt bloated all the time and no energy, so disappointed not worth the money. ☹️”
