“As a guy this still worked great for me. It's not some wonder pill but definitely has major benefits. First off my nails and hair grew so fast like no other. That could be a plus or minus for some but just be ready to feel like you're going through puberty again seeing hair grow in new places. As far as weight loss there wasn't to much of a change as with regular diet does but I did notice a slight change in appetite when taking it. I wasnt as hungry all the time and cravings were minimal. I took one in the morning and one midday and the midday one definitely helped with the snack cravings or over eating for lunch. This helped with weight loss as I noticed I had usually been snacking midday to keep going and now not taking in those unnecessary calories. This definitely curved the appetite. I didn't see any negative with this product other than the price for ingredients since now alot of other brands are jumping on the collagen band wagon they're having competition now.
