“We take Guilt Free when we are planning on having a day heavy with carbs or when we go out to eat. We really aren’t “dieting” but we do try to control what and how much we eat. I’m unsure if GF actually does anything. Our weight continues to go up and down with the same 2-5 lbs just as before we started taking it, nothing’s different. By the time we finish what we have hopefully we will notice an improvement. The surveys come too soon to tell a difference.”
